In this coaching container we'll meet weekly to help you connect more deeply to yourself on a human, soul, and source level and become less reliant on finding answers outside of yourself. Together we'll shift, and expand you on an emotional, mental, physical, spiritual, and energetic level, and help you accomplish the things in your life and business that actually matter.

Includes:

  • Weekly audio or video calls (30-60 minutes) alternating between coaching and healing
  • Weekly check-ins to help keep tabs on how things are going in between our sessions 
  • Asana / Click-up project board to keep our times, notes, and work in one place
  • Voxer support for ongoing support, strategy, and intuitive insights [Monday - Thursday] 
  • Additional insights from source, meditation and other healing tools that I feel will support you.

Questions:

What do the healings include?
Healing sessions are focused on energetic clearing,chakra rebalancing, Akashic records, and clearing beliefs that hold you back from tapping into your fullest potential.

Can I switch the sessions? 
Yes. Each week we'll determine if you need coaching, strategy or a healing session.

When do we start?
We onboard and get you set up ASAP. I want to give you all the support you need to close out the rest of the year strong.
